YES, We have 1 MILLION liability insurance and when you book us we can send you a copy of the Certificate.

I want to book a Disco but I don't want to book just any Disco ?
When you book a Disco for whatever occasion you really need to make sure that your DJ is not just someone who has bought some cheap equipment but with hardly any experience or will let you down on the day. When you book us you will get us and Limelight Disco has had 16 years experience going out 2-3 times a week. Also the equipment we use is always a maximum of 3-4 years old and serviced regularly and if that’s not enough we have a PROMO DVD which we can send out which shows Children’s, Teenagers and Family Party’s.

Are you an agency ?
NO, Limelight Disco is not an agency and when you book us you get us as we have found a lot of agencies only want the money and don't really care what disco of there’s you get but we do as we want you to come back to us again & again.

YES, We do cater for Children and depending on the ages we know how to entertain all ages as they need entertaining all the time and that is what we do.

You are paying us for a service and we want that to be one for you and your guests to remember. We wont bring any flashing lights if you don’t want them and we can keep the music to a minimum, OH YES we do have them classics like Knees up mother brown, etc.

I have seen a lot of DJ's who charge quite a lot of money but don't have much equipment?
We understand that and a lot of DJ's go out with just a few lights which look very poor. We have a huge light display that fills over 20 feet of stage across and 10 feet high with lights shining all over the dance floor.

YES & YES, We do have a list of all our music which we can send to you via e-mail or other needs and if the song is not there what you want, We will try our up most to get it for you as we can get 99.9% of all songs whatever the format they are on.

Our equipment is always kept up to scratch with being serviced but if anything from a light bulb to the CD Player has a problem, We always have a spare one with us.

I know someone that can do a Disco for £100, Why are you much dearer ?
The reason we are a bit more expensive is that we have 15 years experience with being out 2-3 times a week and the amount of phone calls we get with DJ's letting people down because they have a better offer or haven't taking the booking down properly is really high, Especially near Christmas and on New Years Eve. Remember all our bookings are done via Telephone & Booking Contract with a small deposit taken. Another reason why our customers stick with us is that we have an excellent light display and with a wide range of music from the 1940's to the most recent.

What time will you be setting the equipment up & Do you charge for this time ?
We do not charge for the setting up time at all. The only charge we would add if there are any stairs to go up or down (NOT STEPS). The time we need to set up before depends on how much walking distance to where the equipment needs to be set up but if you are eating in the same room and would like the equipment set up before you eat for Wedding's etc, Then we can set up earlier in the day to suite you.

What will the DJ wear ?
Whatever the occasion, We dress up in Trousers and a Smart Shirt but if it's a Black Tie occasion, Then we will dress as that.

Do you charge a travel fee?
We only charge a travel fee if the venue is 25 miles or more away from Stansted Airport and it's only a minimum charge just to cover the fuel costs.
